I'd go down for a kids meal

why so serious? ohh Dark Knight. How happy this movie has made me. Waking up at 6:30, getting doughnuts, drive in traffic to irvine spectrum, stand in line with douche bags driving by, not going pee at the beginning of the movie, it was all worth it. Best movie of the year. And i know my movies. i dont really want to watch anything else but the movie. i think i could see it 5 more times in the theaters and still not get enough of it, and thats what i plan on doing.

The action. the comedy. the acting. my god, i have not see much of ledger's work, but he is a damn good joker. i think he was the best choice for the job and probably kicks Nicholson ass, but i have to brush up on the earlier movies. I really wish he was alive. it makes me sad that he wont get to see how well people respond to his role. i forgot he was a normal person just acting during the movie, because he really became the joker.

but he was not all that was good. this movie kept giving me moments where i put my hand to my mouth and whispered oh shit. the action was non stop. the story was never boring. it just kept hitting us with different moments of suspense and parts where you would never guess something would go the way it did. also, the sound of batman punching a guy in the face is fucking sweet.

when i was lookin into the movie a handful of months ago, i read that two-face would be in it. but all that time passed and i forgot. so during the movie, i was in shock when i figured out who he was and right when they unveiled them. im glad i forgot, because it was such a cool ah-ha moment. the other people with me already knew before the movie, so they knew for sure that the guy would not die and were i guess anticipating what he would become.

THIS MOVIE KICKS ASS. if you need someone to watch it with, call me up. im totally down anytime.

id go down, i mean im down for the dark knight.
